Welcome to Creative Ohio - THE Creative Place for Creative People!
Creative Ohio is the creative community for the Ohio Arts and Crafts Guild, an organization that has been supporting artists and crafters and promoting the arts since 1963. In order to keep pace with evolving connections created through technology, we are updating our website and making it the hub of our community.
Creative Ohio has been the name of our publications and newsletters for many, many years. We decided to use that name for our newly designed website for a number of reasons. The name reflects our renewed focus on community and it also follows our tradition of being an valuable resource for creative people in the state of Ohio. We are still the Ohio Arts and Crafts Guild, but lets face it. That’s a mouthful. Creative Ohio is a name that is easier to say and it captures our energy and focus.
The newly designed website will have all the same features as our previous site and more. We hope that it will become a place that you will visit frequently to get information, inspiration and networking opportunities. Bear with us as we endeavor through the construction phase, and let us know if you are having difficulties with any parts of the site.
Speaking of community, we are quite active on Facebook and on Twitter! Be sure to “like” our Facebook Fan Page, where we post interesting articles and resources, and join our Facebook Group where you can connect with other artists and crafters. And follow us on Twitter too!
